If you aren't delighted with your purchase, you can return a product within 30 days and we will refund the purchase price.

Return Procedure:
Call or email Paddle Shack to initiate a return.
We email you instructions for returning your product.
Ship your unused product, in its original packaging, to the address identified in our email.

Please Note:
Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective products, products that were not described accurately, or items were incorrectly shipped by Paddle Shack.
Call or email Paddle Shack to arrange these returns.

Returning Merchandise
You can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Merchandise Condition
Any returned item must be returned in original wrapping or packaging in un-used, new condition with tags, etc attached. Dog, cat, pet hair and stains may result in a cleaning fee or refusal of refund. Indication of wear and or usage will result in a refund refusal.
Special Order Items
Special Order Items are those items we do not normally stock, but bring in specifically at your request.

Special orders, once placed with the supplier, are not cancelable and are not refundable without special consideration. This includes willingness of the supplier accepting a return, minus any restocking and shipping fees involved in acquiring and returning a special order product.

If the supplier will not accept a return, we will refund the cost of a special order item when (and if) we sell the product that you special ordered. Special colors or colors we would not normally stock are considered special order items.

Damaged / Defective Items
Defective Items
A defective item is one that is inoperable but has no apparent damage.
If you receive defective merchandise, please call / email Paddle Shack for assistance.

Damaged Items
If an order arrives to you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please call the fulfiller immediately using the contact information included with the order.

Please save all packaging material and paperwork for the order if shipping damage is a possible issue. If you dispose of packaging material or attempt to return the merchandise without contacting the transporting agent  (UPS, FedEx, USPO) or Paddle Shack, you jeopardize our chances of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.

We accept no responsibility for transporting agent actions during shipment or user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product.

Paddle Shack accepts:
Credit Cards: Discover, MasterCard and Visa
Check, Cash, Money Order

The billing address you provide must match the billing address that is on file with the financial institution that issued the credit card. If a credit card authorization fails, we reserve the right to cancel your order without notifying you.

Paddle Shack cannot resolve credit card problems with your financial institution if a credit card is declined.
It is your responsibility, as a consumer, to settle credit card problems with the issuing institution.
Gift Certificates

Paddle Shack offers Gift Certificates for sale. Any Gift Certificate purchased on this website may be used to buy products on this website or in our shop. They cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law. Gift Certificates will be replaced at no cost if lost or damaged prior to use.

Free Shipping

Paddle Shack offers free shipping on certain items and / or purchases totaling over $50, or as stated on specific pages and promotions. Free shipping does not apply to clearance items, or any kayak, canoe, SUP unless specifically stated on Paddle Shack promotion or advertisement.
Certain high density items (such as anchors) might not qualify for free shipping. We reserve the right to amend this policy up to the time of order fulfillment.
Free shipping offer applies to the contiguous continental 48 United States only.
International shipment fees will be quoted prior to shipping.

Shipping Methods

Smaller items will ship USPO Priority mail. Larger items or orders will ship UPS, FedEx, or USPO - depending upon which method offers best pricing and delivery terms & insurance. If you have a preferred shipping method, please specify.

Large Item Shipping

Canoes, kayaks, Stand Up Paddle Boards and similar large items will ship common carrier and do not qualify for free shipping. Common carrier shipment fees will be quoted prior to shipping. To quote a large item shipping fee, we will need the ship to address, and type (residential or commercial) delivery site. All common carrier deliveries are "tail gate delivery".
Trucking companies currently charge a $50 surcharge to deliver to a residential address.

We accept no responsibility for transporting agent during shipment or user-initiated damage and/or loss of parts incurred during operation or use of product. You must unwrap and inspect shipment at time of delivery if damage is suspected.
Web-Site Errors

Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where and when discovered. Paddle Shack reserves the right to revoke any stated offer, cancel orders, and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any stated offer or price, including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your payment processed.

If your payment has already been processed for the purchase when your order is cancelled, Paddle Shack will issue a credit to the payment method used in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
